goal setting for mth2013 {part one}

In the Lara Casey world, there are people commonly referred to as "lurkers." Lurkers are the kind of people who read an article that clearly states:

DON'T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU'RE
NOT SITTING DOWN WITH A PEN AND A NOTEPAD,
ready to WORK on this!

...and then they skim it over, thinking hmm...I should totally sit down and do this sometime, but never do.

Lurkers will read the comments at the bottom from those who actually DID sit down and do the work, relating to bits and pieces of it here and there, and then they'll move on.

I used to be a lurker.

But now that I'm signed up for Lara Casey's Making Things Happen Conference, I have to become a doer.

So I went back to Lara's post with all of the links to her previous GOAL SETTING homework assignments, and I sat down with a pen, and a notepad, ready to work.

So, this is where I have to ask you consciously decide not to be a "lurker", and instead of just reading my thoughts from Part 1 of the GOAL SETTING series, find a quiet room and do this exercise for yourself!

I even fetched you the link :)

STEP 1: Make a list of the things you made happen in 2012.

Make a list of the things you're grateful for in 2012.

STEP 2: What didn't work for 2012.

STEP 3: What fires you up?

I'll be working on Part 2 this week, and I would LOVE to hear from you
if you've decided to work on this GOAL SETTING series as well!

Leave me a comment about it!
