I am so excited about Mia's fitness shoot :) She was a blast to shoot with, and freakin' gorgeous to boot.

Once we hit the track, Mia's mood completely shifted. She was SO in her element, and it was easy to tell that it's one of her favourite places ever.
Mia is competing in a competition on Facebook this week, and we are going to help her out and get her some votes :) I'll be sure to remind you when the time comes, promise!
PS...doesn't this entire shoot just make you want to workout?
