Technically, we met online.
But that was just a couple of Facebook messages back and forth saying things like "I love your work!!" and "let's work together sometime soon!"
Our true friendship started one day over an early lunch...that turned into coffee...that turned into an entire afternoon, a studio tour, a photography lesson, and lots and lots of bonding.
Sarah is one of my most inspired friends, and she is living out her dream through her line of GORGEOUS bridal accessories and stunning fascinators.
When Sarah and I first met for lunch, she gave me the sweetest present: a delicate pair of earrings with pretty mint-green and coral stones, simply as a "hello" gift. In that moment, I was sad that my business didn't really allow for spontaneous "hello" gifts...but I told myself I'd get her back one day.
So when she accompanied me to Merrickville last Saturday for The Sugar Post's sneak peek opening, we stopped for an impromptu photo session on the way home. Because one: Merrickville is full of beautiful nooks and crannies for photoshoots, and two: who wouldn't want to photograph this gorgeous girl?
