I remember our drive through the hills. Ryan was telling me the names of the people who would be staying in the cottage, as part of a work trip to Tremblant. It was a bit of a mixed bag to encourage some interdepartmental mingling, and when he got to one name in particular he said, "Oh, and Jackie! You guys will be two peas in a pod. You'll just LOVE her."
As we unpacked the groceries and picked our rooms, this bouncy and delightful person came up to me and said, "HELLO LOVE! I'm so happy to meet you!" I loved her instantly, just like Ryan knew I would. And thus, a friendship began.
Four years later, Jackie and Jason are planning an absolutely amazing wedding in Toronto, and I am delighted to be their photographer. Even more than that, I am thrilled to be able to witness this season in their lives. Ryan and I are so lucky to be able to call this couple our friends, so please enjoy a few of my favourite photos from their summery engagement session in Sandy Hill!
