Whenever anyone asks how long we've been together, it's always followed up by a big old "whaaaaat?! high school?!" Yes, ma'am! It's incredibly rare to meet a couple of high school sweethearts these days. But when Krissy and Shayne messaged me about their recent engagement, I was excited on a whole other level.
They aren't just high school sweethearts, they're high school sweethearts from the SAME school Ryan and I went to! Just having celebrated their 10 year anniversary, Krissy and Shayne started planning their wedding in Cabo. Seeing them again for a consult was a major blast from the past and we spent a good 20 minutes dropping the names of every Merivale alumni we could think of.
I'm seriously so excited to join them in Mexico in 2018 for a mini high school reunion with some of Krissy and Shayne's best friends. Until then, I'm loving these photos from their chilly October engagement session at Britannia Beach. "Think tropical thoughts, guys!"
