industrial geode wedding inspiration shoot

This beautiful styled shoot was a labour of love, with most of the labour falling on Tanya of Presh Floral. Her vision came alive, her hard work paid off, and we are all incredibly thankful for it. This industrial geode inspired shoot was featured on Ruffled this past Friday! There's no better way to kick off a weekend than with a feature on a stunning bridal blog <3

I'm so excited that I can finally share these photos!! You may have seen a sneak peek or two floating around, but this is going to be so much better. Enjoy!!

The cake that went VIRAL. Cat from Cake Whisperer is a dear friend and an incredibly successful girlboss. The photo below has been shared and liked and written about countless times. It was even listed in WeddingBells' Coolest Cakes on Instagram. It's always an honour to have taken a photo that shows off her talent :)

The model, Laura J., and I had an absolute ball together. We became instant friends and laughed our way through the entire shoot. I was quite impressed with her and hope to photograph her again someday!! <3

See, this is the magic part, people! Ink Blossom and Cake Whisperer would have only seen an inspiration board with a few photos, and heard from Tanya about the general vision. But then their pieces come together and it looks like they were FaceTiming for months in preparation.

Now that I've shared my favourite photos from the shoot,
I get to post some behind the scenes photos! Stay tuned, friends! <3
