Personally, I think today would be a great day to sign up for a photography workshop. Why? Because you deserve it. It's your beautiful life and it deserves to be documented. How sick are you of hearing people say that "time flies?" In my opinion, these people need to take a few more photos, because good photos have the ability to slow time.
This workshop is so much more than how to use your fancy camera -- it's about how to document your life and your experiences thoughtfully and with intention. Spend an afternoon with me and I'll show you how hone your skills and take photos that you will love forever. The workshops I've hosted so far have been so special. It's a small group setting in my home in Stittsville, where you'll meet 6 or 7 other ladies who have kinds hearts and similar dreams of beautiful photos. This is something you can do for you. Real hands on experience is my favourite way to teach. Because of the small group size, I'm able to get my hands on each and every camera to help you find the settings, fix little problems that I see with your set up, and take a look at your photos as you take them.

Creating this workshop has been such a joy. It started about 3 years ago when I first recognized my desire to teach and share. I struggled with the idea of what information to share for quite some time, and finally landed on the concept of teaching beginners how to take better photos.
Most of my blog readers aren't professionals in the wedding industry. They are girls who are dreaming of getting married when they find the right boy. They are people who got married in the last 5 years but still can't help but love seeing new couples who are celebrating. Some of my readers are friends I've had since elementary school, who simply love a good blog to read on their lunch break.
And they all have one thing in common: their lives are beautiful. And they deserve to be documented. With that said, I hope you're having the BEST week and feel like treating yourself to a new hobby!
